Cancel Booking without Refunding

We've introduced another feature from an often asked request, the ability to cancel (or release the tickets from) a booking either whole or in part but without providing the customer with a refund.

The new feature can be found alongside the existing cancel and exchange menu options on bookings, via the "Customer | Find an Existing Customer" menu option in your TicketSource account.
