For almost fourteen years now, the TicketSource team has tried to anticipate the needs of all sorts of event organisers and venues. Often however, the best ideas actually come from our system users themselves. The latest user suggestion to be implemented is the option to specify different bank accounts to receive the ticket revenues for different events.
This was a particularly frequent request from venues who host small scale touring shows… (for example, members of the National Rural Touring Forum) ...who wanted to be able to pay the ticket income for an event directly into the touring company's bank account rather than having to receive funds into their own accounts first and then transfer them.
We are delighted to announce that all TicketSource users now have the option to add as many different bank accounts to their profile as they will find useful. Having done so, they can then select any one of those listed bank accounts to be the nominated account into which ticket revenues for any specific event are paid. This is all done using the "Account | Bank Account Details" dropdown menu option as illustrated.
