The TicketSource developers have been very busy lately and we are delighted to announce an exciting new questionnaire feature has been added to our event booking system!
With this new feature, you can now ask your customers as many questions as you need to during the booking process. This could be very handy if you are offering meal choices and need to ask about any dietary requirements. You could also use this as an opportunity to build up a profile of your customer base by asking relevant questions.
A number of question formats are supported including yes/no questions, multiple choice selections (where you can determine the options) and even open-ended questions.
To start using this feature, when logged in to your TicketSource account, go to:
Event | New event | and the Questionnaire Setting tab will be available once you click 'add new event details'.
You can also modify an existing event if you would like to add the Questionnaire functionality to it, by clicking – Event | Modify Event click 'modify' and it will be available to use in the Questionnaire Settings tab.
By clicking the 'Required' box on the right hand side, your customers will have to complete the field before continuing with their booking. This ensures that they don't accidentally miss an important question you want to ask.
