We understand that customers can sometimes change their minds about ticket reservations and may need to cancel for any number of reasons.
We've been listening to feedback from our event organisers about the ability to partially cancel ticket reservations and have added a new feature in response to this.
Previously, you would have needed to cancel the reservation in full and put through a new reservation for the revised number of tickets. However, we've streamlined the process so that if you need to cancel a number of tickets from a larger reservation you can easily do this. For example, if you have a reservation for ten tickets, and a customer would like to cancel two of them, you no longer need to cancel all ten and then re-book the eight. You can simply remove the two tickets that are no longer needed and hey presto!
