If a customer contacts you because they have lost their e-tickets, you can simply resend their tickets to them through your TicketSource account.
Simply login to your TicketSource account and locate the customer booking by clicking 'Customers' | 'Find Customers'.
Under the 'Customer Bookings' tab you will be able to access the 'Actions' menu. Under this menu, select the 'View E-ticket' option
Resending customer booking emails
You will then be able to download, print or email the customer their tickets by clicking the appropriate button.
Please note that if a customer has lost their mobile or postal tickets, you will need to advise them to contact TicketSource for assistance.
