It's commonplace for venues to host touring companies or private hires.
Those individual companies can now benefit from all of the features of TicketSource by accessing your venue's TicketSource account to record ticket sales and view the ticket sales reports for their own events only, without being able to access anyone else's events listed on your account.
To set up a new user, login and go to: Account | User Accounts and then click 'Add new User Account'.
When setting up a new user account, you're able to select which events the user is be able to access. They will only be able to access the events you choose and for increased security, you can also choose the areas of your account they have access to.
