Would you benefit from receiving ticket sales money before your events?

If so, it could be well worth looking into plugging a Stripe account into your TicketSource system to facilitate in-house card payments.

What is Stripe?

Stripe is a company that provides a way for individuals and businesses to accept credit and debit card payments. By using Stripe payment processing for internet bookings and/or in-house bookings, card payments are processed and deposited directly into your bank account by Stripe.

If you integrate your own Stripe account for payment processing we offer a reduced booking fee of 7% to offset your Stripe account fees. When using Stripe their payment processing charges will apply on your Stripe account – Stripe's payment processing charges.

Card Payment Charges

Stripe charges you one rate for each transaction. There are no additional charges for failed transactions, American Express cards, international cards, currency conversions or refunds. Stripe also returns fees on refunds.


Stripe has been audited as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available, so you and your customers can rest assured that transactions with Stripe are secure.

Taking Card Payments

With Stripe integration, you will be able to take in-house credit and debit card bookings from your customers who ring your box office to buy tickets or who turn up on the door.
