We can handle booking calls from your customers, so you don't have to. Whether you don't have the time and resources to staff a phoneline or you simply need an overflow during busy periods, we can help.



If you think your event ticket sales could benefit from access to our Telephone Box Office then drop us a line via support@ticketsource.co.uk to register your interest and we'll contact you directly with further information and the separate booking number for customers to use.


Customers choosing to use our Telephone Box Office pay an additional £1.75 to have their tickets booked via one of our friendly telephone operators and dispatched to them directly from TicketSource. The £1.75 covers postage of tickets or mobile ticket delivery if the customer chooses either of these options.


If you would prefer to absorb the £1.75 so that your customers don't pay it just let us know and we can apply that to your account.
