We're delighted to announce our brand new website!
We explored a number of exciting concepts and ideas over the last few months before finally settling on the one you see today.
The site has been completely redesigned from the ground up, with a new framework to allow it to load faster, offering quick and easy access to information for event organisers looking to find out more about our ticketing services.
We've added fresh content to reflect both the personality and versatility of TicketSource, by communicating the wide range of features our software provides within a clear structure. Our responsive site scales across devices to offer visitors a great browsing experience, regardless of the device they choose to use.
The website offers an improved service for customers looking to buy tickets and also allows them to retrieve old bookings online if they lose their etickets. Customers can access all their etickets by entering their email address in our Help section. They will then be emailed a time-sensitive link which will enable them to view and download any of the tickets they have ever purchased through TicketSource, giving them the convenience of being able to access their tickets quickly and easily.

"As we have continued to build new functionality and versatility into the TicketSource system, our features list was growing ever longer and harder for readers to navigate. One of the key considerations in the new website design was creating a content structure that allowed users and potential users to easily find details of the features that are most relevant to different stages in the life-cycle of their productions or events.
In addition we have made further improvements in the mobile responsiveness of the site which is particularly important as visitors are increasingly viewing our site on their mobile devices.
We are very happy with the solution that we have found, but have no intention of resting on our laurels, so we are inviting users to give us their feedback from day one."
