TicketSource Telephone Box Office Service

Our Telephone Box Office Service opens a further opportunity for you to secure sales for your events.


Our in house box office is open Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 7.00PM (excluding bank holidays) and Saturdays 9.00AM to 5.00PM. If customers call outside of this time, there’s an option to leave a message on our answerphone system and we’ll return their call.


For the Event Organiser, there is no charge to use this service. The customer is charged a £1.75 telephone service fee. This is in addition to their ticket price and booking fee.  For example;


  • Tickets £10.00 x 2 = £20.00
  • Booking Fee £2.10
  • Telephone Service Charge £1.75
  • Booking Total: £23.85


The telephone service fee covers all methods of ticket delivery and we can post tickets out to customers up to 96 hours before the event. 


Telephone Box Office Application


To sign up for this additional service please login to your TicketSource dashboard and head to Account. From there select Telephone Box Office Settings. Here you will see the Telephone Box Office application form for you to complete.



Once you’ve completed your application, this will be reviewed by our team. If accepted, we’ll advise you of the telephone box office number to add to your marketing and advertise on your website. It’s an 03 telephone number so customer won’t incur any additional costs telephone charges and we are contactable abroad.
