How can a Customer Contact the Event Organiser?

TicketSource will respond to customer queries regarding online booking issues or lost or mislaid tickets.  However all other event-specific questions or requests for refunds/exchanges are directed to the Event Organiser. 

Customers can contact the Event Organiser by email via the website:  Customers are prompted to provide their booking reference (if applicable) or type the name of the event in the field provided.  The email is sent direct to the Event Organiser and is not copied to TicketSource. 

We do not disclose any contact numbers located on your account unless you have provided us with a contact number for public referrals and queries (e.g. if you have signed up for Telephone Box Office, you are required to provide either a phone number or an email address for non-standard public queries).
