How do I Cancel a Reservation?
To cancel a reservation:
- Go to 'Customer' | 'Find Customer'
- Search for the Reservation by the customer's surname or the booking reference number
- Once you have located the booker, click on the 'Customer Bookings' tab
- Next to the relevant reservation go to 'Actions' and select 'Cancel Reservation'
