If a Customer Can't Print their E-Tickets

If a customer contacts TicketSource and advises that they cannot print their e-tickets, we would advise them to proceed to the venue and present their booking reference number along with a form of ID in order to gain entry.

The Event Organiser can check the booking reference against their Front of House Sheet.
