Modify an Existing Customers Details

You can modify an existing customers details such as contact details or marketing preferences, etc by following the steps below;

  • Go to 'Customer' | 'Find Customer'
  • In the text box (top right), either enter the customer name or booking reference number
  • With the customers details showing, click the 'Modify Customer' button
  • Make changes as required
  • Click 'Save Changes'
