Event is live but not showing on your public sales pages

If your event is live and on sale but it does not appear on your public facing sales page, it's possible that the the event has been hidden from public viewing during the event setup. You can check this within your account by following these steps:

  • Hover over the "Events" tab at the top of the page and select the "Modify Event" option
  • Select the event from the drop down menu provided and click the "Modify Event" button
  • In the "Event" column within the table, select the "Modify" button under the event name
  • Select the "Advanced Settings" tab
  • Ensure that "Show event in public searches / event listings pages" option is ticked
  • Click "Save Changes"

Your event should now be showing on your public facing sales page.
