If a customer requests a VAT receipt, it is the responsibility of the Event Organiser to provide this receipt (if the Event Organiser is registered for VAT). This is because the ticket monies (whether held in trust or paid to the Event Organiser) belong to the Event Organiser and not TicketSource.
If the customer only requires a receipt or break-down of their booking (i.e. ticket prices, booking fees and total) this can be found on the e-ticket.
