Reservations do not appear on my Ticket Sales Report

Reservations will not appear on the Ticket Sales report.

Ticket Sales Report is exactly what is says on the tin!  It records the actual sales of your tickets (i.e where payment has been received). Reservations appear in their own report as they are not paid for.

To view your Reservations Report you need to:

  • Log in to your TicketSource account.
  • Go to "Reports"  | "Reservations Report".
  • Use the filters as required.
  • Click on "Produce Report".

We advise that if you do not have internet at the venue that you ensure you pre-print you Reservations Report to work along side your other reports for your door-sales.
